Focus is the opposite of blurred, and in my life blurred is never good, especially for entrepreneurs. The loss of focus will always lead to tumble weed existence, back and forth with no progress. Simply put focus for any entrepreneur is a result of three things; finding clarity, removing clutter and building energy.
Find out what you are good at and do nothing else. Simple words but getting to know who you are and what you are genius at will give you clarity on what to do. Why do things that you are going to stuff up, give those to others who will do a better job. Remove the clutter from your life, your desk and your daily procedures or tasks. Have a clear schedule to follow and a framework that others can book your time within and know your movements. Having a clear schedule brings a huge amount of freedom in your daily activities. And lastly energy; energy for life, love and work, this can only be realised if you yourself are healthy and fit. Cut out that smoking, coffee and get to gym or spin class. The better you are physically the better you are mentally and then better you are entrepreneurially. Focus, focus, focus get that body and mind into gear.
Ok, I was only joking about the coffee.
