I recently moved to Cape Town and have been struggling to find my way around. I didn’t know where anything was!
It’s not just that I didn’t know where all the places were but rather what the hot spots are (and yes, how to get there). I don’t have that problem anymore since a friend of mine uploaded the Cape Town Safari iPhone App from Cape Realty. It is absolutely great! A bit more on exactly what it is:
Cape Realty has launched a new free iPhone App that shows you the top 5 places in Cape Town. That is, top 5 clubs, pubs, restaurants, breakfast spots and coffee bars. Furthermore, it shows the best scenic routes, wine farms, beaches, etc, etc.
It’s actually quite the perfect tool for foreign visitors who are coming to SA for the 2010 Fifa World Cup! In South Africa we’re all about our Big 5 and that’s exactly what this App offers about Cape Town!
I still want to try out Nobu’s Sushi or cocktails at Planet Champagne Bar (hint, hint, nudge, nudge…)
