A Great Business Idea suited for South Africa 2010 – Bandee

Once in a while we come across an idea that someone has captured else where in the world that we could use in South Africa. This one from Germany called the Bandee has huge possibilities for the World Cup and in general for South Africa. With crime an issue with most tourists, to have a bandee to secure your possessions in an easy to carry manner. Brilliant. I see them being made in all the national colours, or team colours for the World Cup and then also made for beach wear, or luminous for the parties frequented by the other Ideate writers.
I myself would go for a conservative black or beige to go with my personality. Either way someone who has access to a sewing machine and a little creativity could make an absolute fortune with these in the next few months. Just come up with a funky African name for it and get selling. (I get one free for the idea)

This is actually a brilliant idea. The one concern though is that criminals may very well target people wearing the “bandee” because of their need to protect something vuluable. Still a great idea indeed and I’ll look into it.
Thanx for the great info, keep up the good work.
