In answer to your first question: I’m not sure. I haven’t had any problems on my blog with spam or viruses. I know you often get irritating companies following you on Twitter because they hope you will click on the link they leave in your feed. This kind on marketing annoys the @#$% out of me, but I just tend to ignore it. If you want to block them you have the facility to do so, but I don’t even want to give them that much of my time. Will chat to some colleagues and ask them about spam and virus prevention on blogs. If I find anything useful I will get back to you.

In answer to your second question, I do. I don’t use specific material but I offer Online Marketing strategies for SME’s and Social Media is obviously an important element. Once I have finished the initial set up I provide a hands on training session on how to get the most out of your platforms.
