Really? Where else do they have offices or which international campaigns do they run? Terms such as leading are so skewed and really not realistic when compared to other companies and their work. Perhaps one of the first would be a better description, but even then there are companies that provide social media services and have been around for over ten years, who incidentally service a far larger client base. As for UCT - well, their affiliation with the head of nomadic marketing and close ties with the 27 Dinner movement (Duarte) would explain that accolade.
