The Mobile Web comes to Africa in style

Midway through October sees a great new event called “Mobile Web Africa”. My company, a digital marketing agency, has been engaging in mobile discussions for some time now, so the topic is a hot one for us. Our Johannesburg manager, Louis, and I will be attending and making a big noise about it, via, you guessed it, our blinking, tweeting, vibrating mobile phones.
Special offer for Ideate readers
So, naturally, in the spirit of sharing, we contacted the organisers and asked if they could offer our readers some kind of discounts (given that you small / medium business owners are a cheap lot). A fairly spectacular chap named Matthew Dawes promptly responded with a resounding “yes” and is offering R1000 off for 10 lucky readers. Email info@allamber.co.uk and mention “Ideate” and collect. What are you waiting for? go! go! go!
On a side note, I noticed the speakers include a couple of ex-Heavy Chefs* in Allan and Simon. Woop. There it is. Heavy Chef power is getting out there baby.
(*The Heavy Chef Project is a World Wide Creative initiative and includes monthly presentations by world-class speakers on various topics within digital marketing.)
For more information on the event, check out the Mobile Web Africa website here, or download the brochure here.
