After the storms in the Western Cape this weekend, this sucker was snapped on the way to Camps Bay this morning. It is the size of a dining room table. Or a sofa.
Or even one of those unlicenced Toyota Cressida ‘taxis’ flying around Hout Bay – sort of like the one that crashed into the back of my Renault…

Heck. Tic. This thing would cause more than a little headache for someone underneath it.
There are rock falls the entire length of this drive, which kind of makes driving this beautiful stretch of coastline a little creepy now.

Ok, it’s big — but “giant”??
(My way to work every day)

ye okay okay
‘giant’ sounded better than ‘mediocre-sized’ or ‘comparatively large’ in the headline.
still would hurt if it hit you on the noggin though…
