Calling all entrepreneurs: Virgin are trying out a new online venture on Richard Branson’s blog “Business Stripped Bare”. It’s in the form of an interactive TV show called “PitchTV” where you can submit your business plans, in video format, to stand the chance of getting your idea funded (or nicked, I suppose).
Sir Branson says this: “Once a month we’ll pick out a selection of the best video pitches and then let everyone vote for their favourite. Each month the five most popular video pitches will make it on to the PitchTV show which will premiere on Virgin Atlantic’s in-flight entertainment – to be seen by top business professionals from around the world.”
Go for it, and make us proud.

My busiess is vey small and is specifically targeting its speciefied group in the market. I came up with this idea after spotting many gaps in the market of my locality. The business idea goes as follows. Seeing that there are many car owners in the area and no car washes around so an establishment of a car wash is a need, combine rthe car wash with a small resturant which customers will feast while waiting for their cars to be washed, also supply local offices with breakfasts and lunches. In that combination I will also add some sort of a computer school-Which is going to be photocopying, designing, printing, typing etc that is where he whole communal will benefit. Thanks

Dear Ayanda!
You idea to wash cars (without water!) is viable from about 10 to 15 cars per day, employing 4 people.
There is a company in Cape Town who rents various parking garages already doing that.
I need to speak to the owner how to help you, because he typically sells the “location” once it’s profitable.
An idea would be to use you as the manager of a new location (of your choice) and take it from there.
