Since Shane wrote his seminal post ‘How to Zero your Inbox’, I’ve been on a mission to convert my friends, colleagues and family to the ‘light’. The bane of small business productivity is the infernal habit of checking email every 10 mins.
I was directed to this diagram, which, in the immortal words of Homer Simpson, is funny because it’s true.
