We’ve officially started the engines of 2009. Let’s make it a great one, downturn or no downturn.
In the words of the great George Bush the Younger, “This thaw – took a while to thaw, it’s going to take a while to unthaw!” Perhaps, he’s right, but in the meantime: let’s dig our heels in like Protea tailend batsmen; let’s spot opportunity like Jacob Zuma at a singles party; and most of all, let’s welcome a new dawn like most US citizens in a few days time.
