Our Ideate colleague, Shane, popped round to my house on Friday afternoon with the shiny new Mini Cooper kindly provided by Guy and co. at Auto Atlantic. This after the debacle last week. Nice car. Nice recovery from the guys at Mini.
This is a great exampe of the importance of having an Online Reputation Management policy within your business – especially in this cluttered information age.
