The E-Myth website conducted a poll for business owners asking what they were working on and trying to develop. Here are the results:
43% Freedom: The business shouldn’t rely on the owner
26% Revenue Growth: Increase revenue and profits
16% Expansion: Build an enterprise
8% Organization: Improve performance without the chaos
7% Equity Value: Prepare the business for sale
I can vouch for the first item on that list. Every business owner I talk to says that building a team that can operate without them is the biggest challenge they face. You’re not alone!
