The Art of Money

I came across an interesting blog about a guy trying to get out of his day-job with the government and make a living through online ventures. The site is called "Art of Money", and here’s a snippet from the about page:
I am married, no kids and slightly over 40 years old. For most of my adult life I had a feeling that I was never going to make it to middle age, therefore there was no reason to plan for it. Confronted by irrefutable evidence of the contrary, I am now forced to scramble to secure a comfortable retirement.
I realized that being a computer programmer creating an online business would be an excellent way to create passive income. My first site, Smart Money Daily chronicles the first year or so of my online business and financial intelligence boosting efforts. This site takes over from there and has been online since February 2006.
His latest post is about his efforts to scale his business, and before that were some thoughts on the chances of becoming a professional blogger.
