Reasons to Blog

Guy Kawasaki (former Apple hot-shot, now venture capitalist) has a very popular blog – probably in the top 40 blogs on the internet. Last week he posted a review of his blogging in 2006 and said that he had made a total of $3,350 in advertising revenue. That started a whole bunch of online chatter about potential income from blogs, why people blog etc. Today he posted a follow up which answers some of those questions, and I think he captures some of the "better" reasons to get involved in blogging, mainly that blogs give you a voice for testing and launching new ideas, build credibility etc. Read it here.

Those 5 or 6 ‘reasons I/we blog’ could be turned into a new ‘tag-game’?
I’ll start you off: what are the 5 main reasons Ideate blogs? (and then you can ‘tag’ 5 other blogs asking the same question, see how far we get
)
