Springwise is a blog that offers "your daily fix of entrepreneurial ideas". It’s an interesting source of inspiration on new business ventures, although most have fairly large capital requirements to get off the ground, which would make them hard to replicate in South Africa. Also, our market is probably a few years behind adopting products like natural hemp milk drink and sound resistant cell phone booths, but it could be a good way of spotting trends for the future and bringing something to South Africa before anyone else has thought of it.
Yesterday Springwise posted a series of their top ideas from 2006 divided into categories like Homes & Housing Ideas, Media & Publishing Ideas and Food & Beverage Ideas. If you go to the home page now you will see all the categories listed.
