This article on Fin24 highlights a number of South Africans involved in big international deals recently. It’s great to see our homegrown talent doing well on a very big scale. We have more to offer the world than just Mark Shuttleworth!
Most of these people are no longer living in the country, but in today’s globally connected world I have no doubt that South Africans living here can also make big splashes worldwide.

Nice one. I’ve often wondered about the process of marketing South Africa, and how wierd and confused perceptions are of our country overseas are.
Launching a PR campaign around SA business might be a good tool to add to the box that our national marketing committee is using.
