What do Flock and Yuppiechef have in common?
A few days ago, Flock proudly announced that 1000 people are displaying the spread Flock button on their sites; this after they launched the initiative just over a month ago. Today YuppieChef reached 1000 subscribers for the Cooking Good Newsletter, which is not bad considering we only started the campaign a few weeks back. 99% of these are South African subscribers, who opted in for a monthly dose of South African recipes. All the ingredients are available locally, so no disappointments. Check out this month’s edition here.
If you haven’t signed up yet, go here.
And if you still aren’t using Flock, go here.

mmm, it might be because I’m tired…but despite 1000 buttons and 1000 subscribers, what exactly do these 2 companies have in common? At first I thought they were affiliated in some way, but it doesn’t seem so. Anybody to help me perhaps?

Ok ok, I’m seriously stupid. So Flock rocks! I’ll even download it guys. Promise. But is there a catch to YuppieChef and Flock. I see the ads running together, I see them reaching 1000 simultaneously….mmmm, what is about these two products?

Henre, there is no connection other than the fact that we think Flock is cool and worthy of download; and the number 1000. That’s it. Sorry to disappoint.
