Up until now, I have had nothing but terrible service from Virgin Money. I gave them a call yesterday because I still don’t have a pin code, they said they would get back to me, and the very sad thing was I knew they wouldn’t. Lack of trust, 2 weeks into our relationship. Not a great way to start, so I pose the following question:
