Brand of the Week: Photo Hire

I’m doing more and more brand consultations these days, and I’ve got two basic tenets that I hammer into these sessions. At the very least I try and ensure that people walk away with the knowledge that effective brand development is based on two rock-like, foundational principles:
- consistency
- pervasiveness
I saw these guys (see pic) while driving through the CBD. Their logo, the forefront of a brand, was everywhere: on windows, on walls, on their vehicles and I’m pretty sure the owners have it tattooed somewhere on their bodies. The logo, simple, striking and memorable, was not compromised (consistent); and this company went to great lengths to ensure it was everywhere (pervasive). Simple and effective. Band of the Week: Photo Hire.
